Club Management System
Gizem moved her Rotary Interact club's members, events and dues out of Excel and into a management system she wrote herself.
Gizem was running a Rotary Interact club. Member records, attendance, event hours, dues and end-of-term reports sat in Excel files that had nothing to do with each other. Every reporting period meant merging the same data by hand again.
In the workshop she built a club management system end to end: member records with attendance rates, one-click attendance tied to each event, volunteer-hour tracking, four separate kinds of report, and a treasurer panel holding both the dues and the income-and-expense ledger.
On top of that she set up permissions made of nine roles, six modules and five access levels — so every member of the board sees only their own part of it.
