Personal Data Protection Notice
The notice required by Article 10 of KVKK, known in Turkish as the Aydınlatma Metni.

As WPOkulu Eğitim ve Bilişim Teknolojileri, we would like to inform you of the following matters regarding the processing of your personal data within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
1. Identity of the Data Controller
WPOkulu Eğitim ve Bilişim Teknolojileri acts in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 in matters concerning the processing of personal data.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Identity data, contact data, visual data, IP number and site data are processed for the following purposes:
- Performance of membership agreements
- Issuing invoices
- Fulfilment of tax obligations
- Providing information about campaigns and developments
- Electronic newsletter services
- Business continuity planning
- Ensuring legal and technical security
3. Transfer of Data
Your personal data may be transferred to public institutions, audit firms, courts, financial advisors and service providers. Financial data is not collected by the company; payment transactions are carried out through third-party payment infrastructures.
4. Method of Collecting Data
Your personal data is collected through website forms, e-mail and direct contact. The data is processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, as individuals whose personal data is processed you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, within the country or abroad
- To request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- To request deletion or destruction of the data within the framework of Article 7 of KVKK
- To object to a result arising against you as a consequence of the data being analysed exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation for loss in the event that you suffer loss due to unlawful processing of the data
You may submit your requests by means of the “Data Subject Application Form”. Applications are concluded within 30 days.
