1:1 Training & Consulting

You know your own work best.
Build its software yourself.

Three ways of working, one at a time: mentoring on your own project, training built for your team, or a single process we set up end to end. This is what is available in English.

Three ways to work

How we work together

If you are not sure which of the three fits, that is what the first call is for — we decide it together.

One-to-one mentoring

Your own project, just the two of us

Who it is for
Someone with a specific idea, or a project that stalled halfway, who wants to move at their own pace.
How it runs
Live online sessions. You do the building and I steer; between sessions we message wherever you get stuck.
What you end up with
A working tool you can keep developing after the sessions end, without me.
Team training

Your team learns on your own processes

Who it is for
Small teams — agencies, clinics, accounting offices, e-commerce and field teams.
How it runs
The training is built from how your company actually works, not from a ready-made curriculum. The team learns together and applies together.
What you end up with
A tool the team uses in its daily work, and people who can keep improving it.
Project consulting

One process, set up end to end

Who it is for
A business with a clear problem that wants the fix built to last rather than patched.
How it runs
First we map the current process and where the data really goes; then we build the solution step by step and hand it over.
What you end up with
A defined delivery: a working system, a usage document, and a handover session.
Process

Three steps to start

01

Intro call

Thirty minutes on Zoom, free. We talk about what you want to build, what data you already have, and what your calendar allows. Nothing is sold on this call; if I do not think this is a fit, I say so.

02

Scope in writing

After the call I send you the scope, the rhythm and the timeframe in writing. The price is settled at this point — I do not quote a figure before the work is defined.

03

Sessions and handover

We work at the rhythm we agreed. Each session finishes the next piece of the project: a decision, a draft, or a feature that runs. The last session is usage and handover.

Three things to know before you write

There is no price on this page, and that is deliberate.

The three arrangements above differ in length and in what actually gets built, so a single figure would be either wrong or padded. The work is priced by scope: after the intro call you get the scope and the price in writing, and you decide then. The call itself is free and commits you to nothing.

The group workshop is currently taught in Turkish only.

Vibe Code Atölyesi, the eight-person group programme, runs in Turkish. Everything on this page is one-to-one work and is available in English — so if you came looking for the group workshop, that is the honest answer rather than a waiting list.

I do not promise a number I have not measured.

You will not find a revenue claim or an hours-saved figure here, because for most of this work nobody measured one. What I can describe is what got built and what it replaced.

Is one-to-one work right for you?

This is for you
→ You want to work at your own pace, on your own calendar and in your own time zone.
→ You work with sensitive data and need to know exactly where it goes.
→ You want your team to learn together and end up using the same tool.
→ You know one process intimately and want it built end to end.
→ You started once and it stalled; you need someone alongside you this time.
This is probably not for you
→ You want the software built for you. That is an agency, and I am not one.
→ You want a certificate rather than a tool that runs.
→ You want a guaranteed return. I do not publish one, because it was never measured.

Who you would be working with

I am Fikret Tozak. I teach people who do not write code to build the software their own work runs on, using Claude Code, and I do project consulting for companies that want one process rebuilt properly. Before this I spent years teaching WordPress to the same kind of audience: people who are expert in their own field and were told software was not for them.

The standard I hold myself to is uncomfortable on purpose: if you still need me when the work is over, the teaching failed. Independence is the deliverable, not a bonus.

Frequently asked questions

English or Turkish, whichever you prefer. The tools themselves are in English either way, so the vocabulary you pick up transfers.
The group workshop runs on a fixed calendar where eight people follow the same path — and it is currently taught in Turkish only. In one-to-one work the calendar, the pace and the subject are yours: we work on your data and your process.
It depends on scope. Standing up a single tool can be a handful of sessions; a system a team will use every day is usually a few weeks of work. You get the timeframe in writing after the intro call, not before.
Yes. Everything is live on Zoom and scheduled per person, so the time zone is arithmetic rather than an obstacle. I am in Istanbul (GMT+3), and some of the people I work with are already outside Turkey.
Online on Zoom by default, and the recordings stay with you. On-site is possible in Istanbul when the calendar allows; we talk about that on the call.
No. What you build runs on your own machine or on a server you choose, and you never send me your data. Teaching happens on demo data, and before we start we agree what goes where. Where it is needed, we design the whole thing to work offline.
Yes. Most of the people I work with have never written a line of code — doctors, accountants, teachers, shop owners, agency owners. The goal is not to make you a developer; it is to let you build the tool you need and judge whether it is right.
Intro call

Start with a conversation

Thirty minutes, free, and not a sales call. Write to me with what you are trying to build and what you already have, and we will find a slot that works in your time zone. If I do not think this is a fit, I will tell you that too.

Pricing depends on scope, so there is no figure on this page — we work it out once we both know what the work is.

The calendar shows your own time zone · The call is on Zoom and needs no preparation

English or Turkish — either is fine.
